CONTEMPORARY WORKS II is a limited edition 5-CD box set released by Klaus Schulze on 23 September 2002 containing new studio material. One of the discs has been reissued in 2008 as part of the overall reissue program of Schulze back catalog by Revisited Records. The first 333 copies of this set contained a bonus sixth disc.

With very few exceptions, all tracks on the 5 discs are crossfaded or even "subtitles" of one CD-long piece.

The cover design is by Bildkombinat, photos by Claus Cordes and Mr. Modular. The booklet features a comic strip about Klaus by Matt Howarth.

CONTEMPORARY WORKS II was dedicated to Toomas Paiste († 16.08.2002).
